Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Execution of Deeds) Rules 1994 and shall come into force on 16th May 1994.
(2) In these Rules “the 1925 Rules” means the Land Registration Rules 1925(1).
