1.  Vehicles of category N2 with a reference mass (which expression for the purposes of this item shall have the same meaning as in Council Directive 91/441/EEC) exceeding 2840kg propelled by comprression ignition engines.

2.  Vehicles with less than 4 wheels.

3.  Vehicles fuelled by liquid petroleum gas.
