2. The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (High Security Prisons) Regulations 1989 shall be amended as follows:—
(a)to the end of regulation 2(2) there shall be added—
“or
(c)in relation to the high security prison at Belmarsh—
(i)flight within the area bounded by a straight line joining N5130.29 E0005.58 to N5129.68 E0004.95 and thence in a northerly direction by an arc of a circle having a radius of 0.5 nautical miles and centred on N5129.82 E0005.78 to N5130.29 E0005.58; or
(ii)flight by any helicopter flying in accordance with the Instrument Flight Rules and in accordance with instructions given by the air traffic control unit at London City Airport.”
(b)to the end of the Schedule there shall be added the following entry—
“Belmarsh | 0.5 | N5129.82 | E0005.78 | 2000” |
