The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred on him bysection 47(2) of the Legal Aid Act 1988(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid Act 1988 (Commencement No.4) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st May 1991.
(2) Sections 29 and 30(3) of the Legal Aid Act 1988 shall come intoforce on 1st May 1991.
