These Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) Regulations 1981 as follows.
(a)The fee payable for a certificate of initial fitness is increased from £123.00 to £130.50, both on the first application, and on any subsequent application when the test which that application will require includes a test of stability under Regulation 6. The fee payable for the certificate on any other subsequent application is increased from £14.75 to £15.60.
(b)The fees payable for type approvals are increased from £710.00, £67.00, £352.00 and £1520.00 to respectively £753.00, £71.00, £373.00 and £1611.00.
(c)The fee payable for the issue of a duplicate certificate is increased from £8.25 to £8.80.
