The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (Variation of Fees) (No. 2) Order 1991

2.  Paragraph 20(1) (grant or renewal of permit or licence) of Schedule 1 (bookmaker’s permits, betting agency permits and betting office licences) to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 shall be amended by the substitution, for paragraphs (a) to (e), of the following paragraphs:

“(a) in the case of the grant of a bookmaker’s permit, £133;

(b) in the case of the grant of a betting agency permit, £133(1);

(c) in the case of the grant of a betting office licence, £106(2);

(d) in the case of the renewal of a bookmaker’s permit or betting agency permit, £16(3)

(e) in the case of the renewal of a betting office licence, £20(4);”.
