Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules replace Schedule 2 to the Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989 to increase, with effect from 12th August 1991, from £54 to £60 the fees for the matters referred to in items 1, 3 and 4, and from £30 to £35 the fee in respect of item 2 in the Schedule.
