The Appraisal Cycle
6. It shall be the duty of the appraising body to secure that—
(1) the first year of the appraisal cycle shall have begun on or before 1st September 1992 for a number of school teachers for whom they are the appraising body equal to one half of the number of teachers for whom they were the appraising body on 1st September 1991;
(2) the first year of the appraisal cycle shall have begun on or before 1st September 1994 for all the school teachers for whom they are the appraising body on that date and for whom they were also the appraising body on 1st September 1991; and
(3) once the appraisal cycle has begun for any school teacher it shall be continuous;
(4) after 1st September 1995 every school teacher for whom they are the appraising body shall be the subject of an appraisal cycle.
