2. For article 3(2) of the Norfolk Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990(1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(2) The trust’s functions (which include functions which the Secretary of State considers appropriate in relation to the provision of services by the trust for one or more health authorities) shall be—
(a)to manage ambulance and patients' transport services and associated services;
(b)to manage such other services (including training and communications services) relating to the provision of health services as can conveniently be carried on in conjunction with the management of ambulance and patients' transport services.
