Article 3
That area of the Firth of Forth lying to the west of a straight line extending from a point on the line of the mean high water springs at Fife Ness in the North east Fife District in a south easterly direction to the North Ness of the Isle of May then along the eastern shore of that isle to the South Ness and then by a straight line extending in a south south westerly direction to a point on the line of the mean high water springs below Tantallon Castle in East Lothian District and within the line of the mean high water springs along the southern and northern shores of the Firth of Forth.
