County Courts
2.—(1) For the purposes of section 67(1) and (2) of the Race Relations Act 1976 the district of the Whitehaven County Court shall be assigned for race relations purposes to the Carlisle County Court.
(2) The amendment set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be made to the Civil Courts Order 1983(1) being an amendment that is consequential upon the foregoing provisions of this Order.
