Amendment of Schedules 2 and 3 to the Family Credit Regulations

3.  In paragraph 25 of Schedule 2, and paragraph 18 of Schedule 3, to the Family Credit Regulations (income other than earnings and capital to be disregarded) for the words from “under section 1” to the end of each paragraph there shall be substituted the words “by a local authority under section 1, 27 or 29 of the Child Care Act 1980(1) or, as the case may be, section 12, 24 or 26 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968(2) (local authorities' duty to promote welfare of children and powers to grant financial assistance to persons in, or formerly in, their care).”.
