Provision or improvement of housing on holdings of not less than 10 hectares, which are actively worked and which are either (a)crofts; (b)holdings, occupied by persons of similar economic status to crofters, which fall within the terms of paragraph 3(b) or (c) of the Crofting Counties Agricultural Grants (Scotland) Scheme 1988(1); or (c)holdings of no more than 30 hectares situated on the Isles of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae. | 50% |
