Transfers from Warwickshire to Northamptonshire

4.—(1) The parts of the county of Warwickshire, the borough of Rugby and the parish of Dunchurch which are marked A1 to A8 on boundary map 1 shall be transferred to—

(a)the county of Northamptonshire and the Braunston electoral division of that county;

(b)the district of Daventry and the Barby ward of that district; and

(c)the parish of Barby.

(2) The parts of the county of Warwickshire and the borough of Rugby which are marked A9 to A11 on boundary maps 1 and 2 shall be transferred to—

(a)the county of Northamptonshire and the Braunston electoral division of that county; and

(b)the district of Daventry and the Barby ward of that district,

and shall become part of the parish of Barby.

(3) The parts of the county of Warwickshire and the borough of Rugby which are marked A12 and A13 on boundary map 3 shall be transferred to—

(a)the county of Northamptonshire and the Braunston electoral division of that county; and

(b)the district of Daventry and the Kilsby ward of that district,

and shall become part of the parish of Kilsby.
