Isles of Scilly
26. In their application to the Isles of Scilly—
(a)regulations 12 and 13 shall not be taken to require the publication of a notice in a local newspaper; and
(b)regulation 17(7) shall not require the publication of a notice in a local newspaper, but shall require the display on or near the land for not less than 7 days of a notice describing the development proposed, giving the information respecting the environmental statement that is mentioned in that regulation and stating that any objection to the proposed development should be made to the authority in writing within such period (not being less than 21 days) as may be specified in the notice.
