3Premises known as " Meadowbank", being premises situate in the parish of Twickenham in the county of Middlesex and described in the schedule to a conveyance dated the thirtieth day of July, nineteen hundred and thirty, whereto the parties were the Eastern Telegraph Company Limited of the one part and the operating company (therein called by its then name of Imperial and International Communications Limited) of the other part, being a conveyance whereof a memorial was registered on the thirteenth day of August in that year in the Middlesex Deeds Department of His Majesty's Land Registry and there numbered eight hundred and twenty in book number thirty-six.
