(1)The provisions of Part I of the First Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Board.
(2)The provisions of Part II of that Schedule shall have effect for the purpose of supplementing the provisions of Part I thereof.
The Postmaster General shall have power, exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be laid before Parliament after being made, to make regulations amending the provisions of the First Schedule to this Act in such manner as appears to him requisite for giving effect to any modification of the provisions of the Commonwealth telegraphs agreement agreed upon between the Governments for the time being parties thereto.
Any sums payable by the Postmaster General by way of contribution towards the expenses of the Board shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.
