26Construction
(1)In this Part of this Act—
" the Act of 1886 " means the [49 & 50 Vict. c. 29.] Crofters Holdings (Scotland) Act, 1886;
" the Act of 1911 " means the [1 & 2 Geo. 5. c. 49.] Small Landholders (Scotland) Act, 1911;
" the Act of 1919 " means the [9 & 10 Geo. 5. c. 97.] Land Settlement (Scotland) Act, 1919 ;
" the Landholders Acts " means the Small Landholders (Scotland) Acts, 1886 to 1919, and this Part of this Act.
(2)This Part of this Act shall be construed as one with the Small Landholders (Scotland) Acts, 1886 to 1919.
