PART IVNational Debt
14Continuance of suspension of new sinking fund and payments on account of terminable annuities.
Sections sixteen and seventeen of the [63 & 64 Vict. c. 7.] Finance Act, 1900 (which relate to the suspension of the new sinking fund and to the suspension of payments on account of the capital of certain terminable annuities), shall apply with respect to the financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March nineteen hundred and two in the same manner as they apply with respect to the financial year ending the thirty-first day of March nineteen hundred and one.
