20The increase of the sums authorised for issue out of the Consolidated Fund in respect of the HM Customs and Excise Estimate comprises—
(a)supplementary sums totalling £90,736,000, and
(b)a reduction of £1,271,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions to HM Treasury (see also Note 18).
