This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
18Section 160(6) of this Act does not apply to an order made by the Secretary of State under any of the preceding provisions of this Schedule, but—
(a)an order under paragraph 14 or 16(1) above may make such transitional provisions and savings as appear to the Secretary of State or the Lord Chancellor necessary or expedient; and
(b)an order under any of paragraphs 2, 6, 7 and 10 above may make such provision as, by virtue of section 64(4) of the [1999 c. 23.] Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 (regulations and orders), is authorised to be made by an order under section 68(3) of that Act (commencement).
