35In section 717(9) of the Taxes Act 1988 (which provides for section 713 to have effect for certain cases with the substitution of a new provision for subsections (3) to (6)) in the substituted subsection, for “an inspector decides is just and reasonable; and the jurisdiction of the General Commissioners or the Special Commissioners on any appeal shall include jurisdiction to review such a decision of the inspector” there shall be substituted “is just and reasonable”.
