This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
6Paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the 1971 Act (removal of illegal entrants) shall be renumbered as sub-paragraph (1) of that paragraph; and after that provision as so renumbered there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(2)Any leave to enter the United Kingdom which is obtained by deception shall be disregarded for the purposes of this paragraph.”
