Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975
48At the end of section 18(5)(b) of the [1975 c. 74.] Petroleum and Submarine Pipelines Act 1975 there shall be added the words “or, as respects Scotland, by an instrument subscribed by the Secretary of State and the licensee in accordance with the Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1995.”.
