3In subsection (1) of section 2 of the [1959 c. 9.] Judicial Pensions Act 1959 (which provides that any Lord of Appeal in Ordinary, Lord Justice General, Lord Justice Clerk, Senator of the College of Justice in Scotland, Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, Lord Justice of Appeal in Northern Ireland or Judge of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland is to vacate his office on the day on which he attains the age of 75) for the words “seventy-five” there shall be substituted the word “seventy”.
