President of the Industrial Court in Northern Ireland
29In Article 91 of the [S.I. 1992/807 (N.I. 5).] Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, at the beginning of paragraph (3) (terms of appointment of president and other members of the Industrial Court) there shall be inserted the words “Subject, in the case of the president, to paragraph (3A),” and after that paragraph there shall be inserted—
“(3A)The president shall vacate his office on the day on which he attains the age of 70; but this paragraph is subject to section 26(4) to (6) of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993.”
