Interpretation

5 In this Part of this Schedule—

• “the 1951 Act” means the [1951 c. 20 (N.I.).] Judicial Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 1951;

• “the 1959 Act” means the [1959 c. 25 (N.I.).] County Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 1959;

• “the 1960 Act” means the [1960 c. 2 (N.I.).] Resident Magistrates' Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 1960;

• “the 1964 Order” means the [S.R. & O. (N.I.) 1964 No. 191.] Lands Tribunal (Salaries and Superannuation) Order (Northern Ireland) 1964;

• “the 1969 Act” means the [1969 c. 7 (N.I.).] Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1969;

• “the 1975 Act” means the [1975 c. 15.] Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975.
