The [1975 c. 76.] Local Land Charges Act 1975
14In section 1 of the Local Land Charges Act 1975 (definition of local land charges), the following subsection shall be added at the end—
“(3)For the purposes of this section and section 2 of this Act, the Broads Authority shall be treated as a local authority.”
