The [1981 c. 67.] Acquisition of Land Act 1981
22In section 17 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (special parliamentary procedure for compulsory acquisition of land which is the property of local authority etc.), in subsection (4)(a), the words “the Broads Authority” shall be inserted after the word “district”.
