28In paragraph 10 of Schedule 16 to the Local Government Act 1972 (local plans prepared jointly by two or more local planning authorities), the following sub-paragraph shall be added at the end—
“(5)For the purposes of this paragraph and paragraphs 11 to 13 below the Broads Authority shall be the sole district planning authority in respect of the Broads.”
