Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Act 1933 (c. 6) U.K.

7 U.K. Section 4 of the M3 Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Act 1933 shall apply in relation to forces raised in Papua New Guinea, Western Samoa or Nauru as it applies to forces raised in Dominions within the meaning of the M4 Statute of Westminster 1931.

8 U.K. In the M5 Whaling Industry (Regulation) Act 1934 the expression “British ship to which this Act applies” shall not include a British ship registered in Papua New Guinea, Western Samoa or Nauru.

Visiting Forces Act 1952 (c. 67) U.K.

9 U.K. In section 1(1)(a) of the M6 Visiting Forces Act 1952 at the end there are added the words “ Papua New Guinea, Western Samoa or Nauru, or ”; and any Order in Council under section 8 of that Act for the time being in force shall be deemed to apply to the visiting forces of Papua New Guinea, Western Samoa and Nauru until express provision with respect to those countries is made under that section.
