13In section 124 of the Act of 1868 for the words from " and any Penalty" to the end there shall be substituted the words " and proceedings for any offence under this Act which is punishable on summary conviction may be taken at any time not later than six months after the time when either of the Two Companies had, or with reasonable diligence might have had, notice that the offence had been committed ".
