Article 32
1Any Contracting Party may, at the time of signing, ratifying or acceding to this Convention or at any time thereafter declare, by notification addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, that it reserves the right to apply in place of articles 11 and 14 of this Convention, such relevant provisions of any international convention concerning civil liability for damage caused by motor vehicles to which it is or may become party, and which would be more favourable to the passengers.
2The reservation referred to in paragraph 1 of this article may be withdrawn at any time by notification addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
[In Chapter VII of the Convention, which deals with signature, accession, coming into force, denunciation, application, reservations and revisions, only articles 31 and 32 are reproduced.]
