59 Short title, commencement and extent. E+W+S+N.I.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Courts Act 1971.

(7) Schedule 8 to this Act shall extend to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands so far as it amends section 13 of the M2 Indictable Offences Act 1848.
