This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)A sharing agreement with respect to any church building shall not affect any exception or exemption for the building from any provisions of the [1960 c. 58.] Charities Act 1960.
(2)A sharing agreement with respect to any church building which under the agreement is owned by the Church of England shall not affect the application to the building of section 45(2) of the Charities Act 1960 (which excludes from the definition of " charity " certain corporations of the Church of England in respect of their corporate property and certain trusts of consecrated property).
(3)Section 29 of the Charities Act 1960 (which requires dealings with charity property to be authorised by an order of the court or the Charity Commissioners) shall not apply to the conveyance, vesting or disposal of church buildings under section 2 or section 9 of this Act.
