26Penalty for obstructing remedial operations and damaging completed works
(1)Any person who wilfully prevents or interferes with the carrying out of exploratory tests or remedial operations shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £100.
(2)Any person who wilfully damages or otherwise interferes with any works completed in the course of remedial operations for the purpose of ensuring the stability of a disused tip shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £400.
