This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
2Any approval given under paragraph 4(3) of Schedule 7 to the [1955 c. 18.] Army Act 1955 before the time when paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to this Act comes into operation shall have effect as if it were approval given under paragraph 4(2) of the said Schedule 7 set out in the said Schedule 3.
