13 Determination of disputes as to compensation

(1) Any question of disputed compensation under sub section (4) of section five, subsection (3) of section six, section seven or section eleven of this Act shall be determined in the same manner as compensation for the acquisition of land falls to I determined under the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919, and sections one, three, five, six and eight of that Act shall have effect accordingly subject to any necessary modifications.

(2) Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Fourth Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947 (which relate to the assessment of compensation for the purposes of Part III of that Act) shall apply in relation to the assessment of any such compensation aforesaid, being compensation in respect of the depreciation in value of any interest in land, as they apply in relation to the assessment of compensation payable under the said Part III.

(3) In the application of this section to Scotland, for the references to paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Fourth Schedule to tl Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, and to Part III of the; Act, there shall be substituted references to paragraphs 1 and of the Fourth Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act, 1947, and to Part II of that Act.
