(1)For the avoidance of doubt, in relation to any existing toll booth section 68 (Power to erect Toll Gates, &c.) of the Act of 1830 has effect as if the reference therein to the bridge were a reference to Dunham Bridge as defined in this Act.
(2)There shall no longer be a requirement to affix a table of tolls to each toll house or toll gate or to issue tickets to persons paying tolls and sections 75, 76 and 78 of the Act of 1830 shall accordingly cease to have effect.
