The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(2) of the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of Service ) Measure 2009 F1, make the following Instrument:
Textual Amendments
1. (1 )This Instrument may be cited as the Ecclesisatical Offices (Terms of Service ) Measure 2009 (Appointed Day No. 4) Instrument 2010.
(2) In this Instrument "the Measure" means the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of Service ) Measure 2009.
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of those provisions of the Measure which have not previously been brought into force (except paragraphs 6, 10, 12 and 13 of Schedule 2 ) is 31st January 2011.

This Instrument brings into force, on 31st January 2011, the remaining provisions of the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of Service)Measure 2009, with the exception of paragraphs 6, 10, 12 and 13 of Schedule 2.
