Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 29 March 2023.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 21 of the Education (Scotland) Act 2016 (learning hours), in so far as not already in force, is 29 March 2023.
