1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Court Sittings) 2023.
(2) It comes into force on 31st March 2023.
(3) A certified copy is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2.—(1) Rule 10.3 (holiday dates, periods and vacation sitting days) of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994(1) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In the definition of “public holiday”, in the column of the Table labelled “2023” below “Monday 1st May 2023” insert “Monday 8th May 2023”.
3.—(1) The Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Court Sittings) 2022(2) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In schedule 3, in the column of the Table labelled “2024”—
(a)for “Wednesday 23rd December 2024” substitute “Monday 23rd December 2024”;
(b)for “Wednesday 30th December 2024” substitute “Monday 30th December 2024”.
