Revocation of the 2014 Regulations and the 2015 Regulations

6.—(1) In this regulation—
“the 2014 Regulations” means the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Regulations 2014(1); and
“the 2015 Regulations” means the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015(2).
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), the 2014 Regulations and the 2015 Regulations are revoked.
(3) Nothing in paragraph (2) affects the continuing operation of the 2014 Regulations and the 2015 Regulations as regards any day prior to 1st April 2016.
