1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2014.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2014.
2. In regulation C3 (ordinary contributions) of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1)—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “1st April 2013 and 31st March 2014” substitute “1st April 2014 and 31st March 2015”;
(b)for the table in paragraph (2), substitute the following table—

Below £15,000 | 6.4% |
15,000 to 25,999 | 7.2% |
26,000 to 31,999 | 8.3% |
32,000 to 39,999 | 9.5% |

45,000 to 74,999 | 11.0% |
75,000 to 99,999 | 11.6% |
100,000 and above | 12.4%” |
