29. Any payment made under section 12B of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968(1) (direct payments in respect of community care services) or sections 12A to 12D of the National Health Service Act 2006(2) (direct payments for health care) or under regulations made under section 57 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001(3) (direct payments).
1968 c.49. Section 12B was inserted by section 4 of the Community Care (Direct Payments) Act 1996 (c.30) and amended by section 70 of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8), section 7 of, and paragraph 1 of schedule 2 to, the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 5) and section 63 of the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 10).
2006 c.41. Section 12A to 12D were inserted by section 11 of the Health Act 2009 (c. 21). Section 12B was amended by paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (c.7).
2001 c.15. Section 57 was amended, in relation to England, by section 146 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (c.14) and, in relation to Wales, by section 16 of the Social Care Charges (Wales) Measure 2010 (nawn 2).
