Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Authorities (Appointment of Chief Inspector) (Scotland) Order 2011 and comes into force on 10th February 2011.
Appointment of Chief Inspector
2. Steven Cameron Torrie, QFSM is appointed as Chief Inspector of Fire and Rescue Authorities for the purposes of section 43(1)(a) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005.
Revocation
3. The Fire and Rescue Authorities (Appointment of Chief Inspector) (Scotland) Order 2009(1) is revoked.
