2. On completion of an inspection under section 55 (inspections at the request of the Scottish Ministers) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland(1) must send a copy of the report on the matters inspected to the Scottish Ministers as soon as reasonably practicable.

Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland is established under section 44 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.
