Amendment of paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Performers Lists) (Scotland) Regulations 2004

4. In paragraph 3(i) of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Performers Lists) (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1) (undertakings to be included in applications), for “regulation 5(1)(d) of the Vocational Training for General Medical Practice (European Requirements) Regulations 1994” substitute “article 6(6) of the Postgraduate Medical Education and Training Order of Council 2010”.
