1. These Regulations may be cited as the Refuges for Children (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010 and come into force on 16th March 2010.
2.—(1) The Refuges for Children (Scotland) Regulations 1996(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 (designation of refuges: local authority establishments and foster households) for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)the household of a person who is approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009(2),”.
(3) In regulation 10(2) (withdrawal of designation of approval) for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)where a person approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009 has had that approval terminated under those Regulations;”.
