2.—(1) Disqualification from working with children in accordance with article 30(4)(a) or (b) (persons disqualified from working with children: offences) of the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1) are disqualifications which correspond to disqualification from working with children by virtue of section 17(1)(a) (meaning of “disqualified from working with children”) of the Protection of Children (Scotland) Act 2003.
(2) Disqualification from working with children in accordance with article 30(4)(c) of the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 is a disqualification which corresponds to disqualification from working with children by virtue of section 17(1)(d) of the Protection of Children (Scotland) Act 2003.
